I'd Rather Be Quilting

Not much quilting/sewing going on in my house this week -- we're up to our eyeballs in college financial aid forms!!! Ugh.

So I'm posting a photo of the top made of heart blocks that I blogged about here. A few guild members got together a couple of weeks ago and quickly put this together. It's much prettier in person, and will be even better once it's quilted and bound.

Beautiful heart sampler quilt. Good luck with the FA forms - they're a reall pain.

I feel your pain with the college financial aid forms. Good luck with that. I love this quilt. Thanks for sharing it again. I haven't gotten much quilting done either because I've been trying to click all the links of the quilt festival. Is that possible?

I almost threw a party the day I knew that I had filled out the very last FAFSA ever. However, doing VA paperwork for my in-laws has almost made me wish for another college student!

It's a lovely quilt...can't wait to see it quilted. I think quilting just brings a quilt to life!

What a mountain of paperwork. Sigh.

And what a beautiful quilt.

I'm glad I took a closer look at the quilt, it's really cool! I didn't realize each heart was so different. I really like the quilted hearts.
