Progress Is Being Made...

This is what my DJ quilt looks like now...

The picture below shows what it looked like the last time I blogged about my progress...late August sometime...

My plan is to sew the bottom half and the top half in sections and then I'll attach both halves to the center row...only 18 more center blocks to go...

Thanks to my support group, the Laurel Janes, as well as everyone in the blogosphere who encourages me, I'll just keep plugging away until it's done...

HI Anya, YOur quilt is looking wonderful. This week I plan to sew A-4 and H-7. I am trying to decide which reminds me more of the Southern Cross Constellation. I came up with the idea while writing about a quilter in Australia and got wondering 'what is Jane had been Australian?'

I am working away on my book. I did rename my Russian quilter in honour of you. As for when you get to read it. well, let me finish writing and then I had to re-read it and make sure its not horrible. I promise to keep you in mind when I am ready to share,

Anya, This is my favorite of all the Dear Jane quilt pics I have seen posted. I love your brilliant colors and the dark sashing sets them off to perfection!

I've enjoyed seeing one block at a time, but seeing them together -- STUNNING!!
