(Almost) Perfect

Although I often think that perfection is overrated (especially in quilting),I was a bit anal about matching stripes on this binding...I knew it was going to bother me if I didn't do it, so even though it took a bit more fabric, I matched all of the seams...six or seven of them, if I remember correctly.

Well, almost all...Of course, I couldn't match up the last one, so you don't get to see a picture of that!

Wow!! They are perfect! Just gorgeous binding. But I can't imagine that the last photo was anything less than perfect!

Anya those binding strips are amazing...never in a million years would I be able to do that (sadly, that's not an exageration either!). Congrats!

Be proud -- very proud. Not many quilters would worry about matching the stripes, and even fewer would be able to make the perfect matches as you did. Wonderful precision!
