Quick and Easy

My friend Moddy made this quilt using one jelly roll and the method explained in this video. I quilted it for her on my HQ16 with just some free-motion curves along the seam lines.

Here's a closeup...

I may have to give this a try myself. What a great way to use up strips, not necessarily from a jelly roll!

Definitely a quick way to use up scraps and leftovers. Great size quilt too! Not to mention a wonderful job quilting!

This one turned out so pretty! I really like the curvy quilting...gives it a beach/tropical look!

What a great little quilt. The fabrics are so cheery...are they from Me and My Sister Designs? Excellent quilting as always.

i've made quilts like this before, by not slanted like those strips are hooked together. i'll have to watch the video to see how they do that.

Great quilting, Anya. The curvy quilting makes the strips look curvy and more complicated than they are. Really adds another dimension to the quilt.
