Cheaper Than Therapy

When my son left for summer classes at Cornell back in June,  I made flower blocks to keep my mind occupied with something other than empty nest syndrome. Now that he's back at school for the fall semester, I have to keep busy once again. So I put those blocks together into a flimsy.

I seem to do a lot of sewing while Nick is away at school...I suppose it's cheaper than professional therapy! Especially since the fabrics come from my stash!

It is fabulous and definitely cheaper than therapy. The best part is that it always puts a smile on your face.

Beautiful. Love all the bright colours and they are set off so well by the white.
