Well, not the real thing...just leftover binding sushi....
A few years ago, I started rolling my leftover binding pieces and this is what it looks like now. I wonder how long I can keep this up.
Here's a closeup shot...Lots of pretty colors...Looks almost good enough to eat.

Great idea! Now I want to do mine!!
my last two projects, I was cutting it close with the binding, one had less than an inch leftover and the other, just a wee bit more. I do have a whole bunch of ends lying on shelves. much better if I gathered them in one place such as this, and rolled, they won't wrinkle.
I normally have a couple inches to a foot or two left over - I must say I usually toss mine. But seeing your roll tells me to save it - something like that might look great on a very scrappy quilt!
