In A Bind

I was cutting bias binding strips for a quilt several weeks ago and decided to try to match the striped pattern so that it wouldn't be so obvious where the seams were. Not perfect, but close enough. Do I really need to spend my time doing this? Probably not, but I know it would bug me if I didn't do it.

You did a great job. i usually try to match stripes following the length of the stripe instead of cutting across it, its even less noticeable especially with irregular stripes like yours

My type A personality is right there with you... good job! My aunts always try to tell me "if it looks good as you're galloping by on a horse it's good enough" but I, like you, try to do as good a match as I can.
