On the inside of the pillowcase cuff, I sewed on a
label (look for the union label, when you are buying a coat, dress, or blouse... --
hmmm, I think those lyrics show my age...)

Several months ago, I had won a blog giveaway of a roll of labels from Namemaker. My 20-yard roll should last for quite a number of projects...

Lovely way to wrap a gift..I like to make pillowcases to wrap the quilt in if it is a gift too.
SWEET, and Happy Birthday to the birthday girl...she will love that pillowcase and the book ~ great combo! Have a great day, you are starting another week, see how fast the time is going!! Soon Nick will be raiding the *frig* again!
Thanks for stopping by my blog Anya. Wouldn't that m&m fabric make a great quilt or pj pants?
This is a great birthday gift. She will really enjoy it. Kids love pillow cases made especially for them. And I see that pop up book becoming a favorite!
What a great way to wrap a gift. I am sure she will love it.
That was a nice giveaway, too--a very useful gift.
