This past weekend, I went with a couple of friends to a quilt show put on by the Endless Mountains Quilt Guild. The exhibit was held in Athens, PA and was originally scheduled for last September. But Athens and the surrounding area suffered horribly with flooding from Tropical Storm Lee in early September 2011 and the show had to be cancelled. The area is making a comeback and this year, the guild put on a grand show. Here are some photos...(click on them for a larger view)...

The show was held in the local elementary school...which had hexies on the floor!

looks like you have a lot of talent in your area! glad they were able to put a show on this year and recovered from the flood last year
