This is "I-10, Iris' Medallion", an advanced-level block that I chose to rotary cut and then used the raw-edge machine-buttonhole stitch to attach the triangles. Not perfect, but it will do. The photo makes the block look a bit wonky on the outer sides, but it's square in person.

Great Dear Jane block!!! I admire you for tackling that project. I know you've made at least 100 because I saw your sidebar. How many total have you made?
we all seem to take breaks from Jane but always come back to it. I just finished quilting my first one! Now to tackle the binding on the scallop edges! The second jane is still very much a work in progress I am on row 8 I think.

Ahhhhhhhh so pretty! You know I always love seeing your DJ Blocks...of course all of your quilting is wonderful ~ the DJs are just such an elusive thought for me!! Keep on going, you are almost there ~ arn't you ☺ ?? Have a great weekend!
I remember reading that one block had 57 pieces in a DJ block...I have made quilts with fewer pieces...grinning here....this one is truly simply lovely.
Happy Birthday!!
Very nice really like it
