This is on my design wall today but will be coming down for this evening's quilt guild meeting. Our program is about the guild's Laurel Janes group, members of which have been working on making DJ quilts for almost 3 years. The program is free and all visitors are welcome. With last week's finish of the 13th triangle in the bottom row, I was able to sew the top and bottom rows onto the center. Slowly, but surely, I'm now working on the side triangles...

WOW! I love the DJ in the brights, I find the CW fabrics to be a bit depressing, but the brights...WOW!

The thumbnail sure caught my eye this morning. Great progress on your DJ. The black background on the triangles is striking. I have the book but not the inclination to devote multiple years to a project I know will take a while!

Beautiful and so inspiring! I love your choice in fabrics. Last week two of my friend and I decided to start on our DJ and will be using Kaffe Fasset fabrics!
OH! I have purchased the DJ book and have planned it in the back of my brain for about a year...in brights! Seeing your progress may just spur me on! This is SO pretty..and I had never thought of using the black, but it makes those colors SING! Love it, love it love it! well done...
