We added a new member to the extended family last year, so of course I had to make a quilt. I had seen something similar to this online (no pattern, just a photo), so I just drafted a pattern and used fabric from my stash/scraps. Several of the fabrics were also in the quilt that I had made for the baby's older sibling a few years ago. (see last photo in this post)

Here's a shot of how I pieced the backing to match. Look closely for the horizontal and vertical seams...

Both of those baby quilts are adorable! And you've done a perfect job of matching the print on those seams for the backing.
You have done a great job, making baby quilts is always a pleasure, dont you think.
