The dear friend that I talked about in the
post from last week has been busy again. I forgot to mention that not only does she make quilts for her children and grandchildren, she has now started to make them for her grandsons'
girlfriends!
Is she a wonderful grandma, or what?
This is the latest one, and once again she has allowed me to quilt it. I had great fun!

That is a pretty quilt. Is that a charm quilt?
When my Granddaughter was 4 or 5 she insisted we she wanted to make a quilt for her "boyfriend"!
So not to discourage her from sewing we bought the fabric. Of course she couldn't do the sewing so I did. I did convince her it was so wonderful she should keep it.
We used it to cover her thread bare "baby blankie". After a few days the blankie came back out, but the quilt is still in HER closet!
