This. Sorry for the bad photo, but it was taken in my basement quilting studio (or should I say quilting cave?).
The center of my Dear Jane quilt (aka Jane Stickle quilt) has been together for almost a year now (yikes!), and I've been slowly working on the outer triangles. A few are sewn together along with the dark triangles, but they have not been added to the main body yet. I still have two left to finish on the top row as well as two in the bottom. Then all of the side triangles along with the four corner kites.
The triangles have not been fun to make, but I have to admit that I love how it's coming together. It makes the headaches worth it. Hopefully, I'll move a little quicker this year.

Your Dear Jane quilt colors are stunning. I have been following your progress for some time. Do you think you will do the scalloped edges?
Your blocks sewn together are as wonderful as I thought they would be. Pat yourself on your back over and over again, Anya. It's wonderful!!!
It is looking beautiful, Anya!
Although I have admired the people who have created their Dear Janes, I have not felt the least bit compelled to make one myself. The traditional color palette simply doesn't float my boat.
BUT ... *your* version! Oh. My. Gosh. It's fantastic! It's awesome! I love it! What a *great* job you've done!
WOW! Anya what a beauty! Even without being finished it is so pretty...you can do it...YES YOU CAN!! I am enjoying watching your progress, please continue to share with us! Have a great week, snow is coming, more time to stay inside and make DJ triangles!
Your Dear Jane is wonderful! I love the colors.
Anya, how exciting to see your Dear Jane hanging up almost finished!!!! The colors are so striking! Thanks for letting us take a look.
As Karen says, one a week and girl you are there!
It looks perfect! You should be so proud Anya. Then the quilting begins.
It will be cherished!
Now that is a quilt with visual impact!
Anya, that is looking so wonderful. This year, honest, I am going to work on mine again. I have a few more orange fabrics that are crying to be used.
