Earlier this week, I had the opportunity to quilt another top for a friend of mine. Isn't this cute? She used 20 different fish fabrics for the fish bowls.

During the holidays 2008 I had this plan of doing the *jar* quilt using fabrics with different candies...well unfortunately I did not find enough fabrics with candy to avoid being bored with repeats...so it didn't happen. This year my quest is to find and buy 'fqs' of candies for the 2009 version of the candy jar quilt. Fabric shops and Quilt Odyssey at Hershey be on the alert I AM LOOKING FOR FABRICS WITH CANDIES ;>)!!
My husband Gary and I live just outside of Wellsboro, PA. We left the rat race of Northern Virginia in 1997 and never looked back. Oh yes, did I mention that I am a quiltoholic?
