I'm managing to get a little sewing done even as we're getting down to the last few days before the show opening.
This is "E-12 Mary Ruth's Corset", an intermediate-level paper-pieced block. I don't know who Mary Ruth was, but I'm certainly glad I don't live in the time of corsets...
WOW that is a pretty DJ block, looks perfect to me, but then I am the envious one LOL! Just can't imagine being laced into one of those corsets that they show on the old movies with the foot of the maid in the middle of the back ;>D! Good luck with the show, I will be anxious to see pictures.
My husband Gary and I live just outside of Wellsboro, PA. We left the rat race of Northern Virginia in 1997 and never looked back. Oh yes, did I mention that I am a quiltoholic?
